Product info and availability
- What kind of shirts do you guys use?
Our shirts are made from 100% ring spun polyester, this is necessary for the printing process we use to make the t shirts and helps make the shirts more durable for whatever adventures you may get into.
- Can I be Facebook friends with you?
Yes you can. Click here to check out our fabulous page. You can also find us posting top quality stuff on Instagram and Twitter too.
- What is your contact info?

- What happens if I order something out of stock?
This shouldn’t happen, but on the rare occasion that an out of stock item is shown as being in stock on the store, we will remove the item from your order and refund your credit card for the items that we can’t ship. We will also send you an email to let you know.
- How do I know what size to order/how do your shirts fit?
You should be able to find out your size by using our size guide below:

Returns and exchanges
- Can I return an item I’ve purchased?
Absolutely. Any item can be returned within 28 days of purchase for a full refund of the item, or an exchange. Note that you will be liable to pay the return shipping charge. To process a return or exchange just drop a line to our awesome Customer Service team via email, and they will respond with instructions. Please keep in mind that you must be able to provide us with a tracking number as proof of your return shipment. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.
- Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
We process orders very quickly in order to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because of this, we usually cannot change or cancel your order once it has been submitted. Please be sure to check all information very carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake, please drop us an email at email@example.com to let us know ASAP.
- My order has shipped. Can I have the delivery address changed?
We cannot change the shipping address for orders that have already gone out as Royal Mail is not able to change your delivery addresses once an order has been shipped.

- When will my order ship out?
Most orders ship out the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or on these UK holidays:

- How quickly are orders delivered after shipment?
We require one business day for order processing and Royal Mail doesn’t count the day it receives shipping information as a business day, so please expect Royal Mail first class shipment to arrive 3 business days after the order was placed.
- When can I expect to get my shirts?
We ship via Royal Mail. Once you receive notification that your order has shipped you should have your package within a 7-10 business days.
- Can I get my package delivered on the weekend?
No, we do not offer weekend delivery. However, Royal Mail does deliver some items on Saturdays, so if you choose Standard Shipping, your order might arrive on a Saturday with your regular mail delivery.
- Where is my order shipping from?
Our fulfilment team is located in Worcester is where your order will originate from.
- Where is my order?
Please note that some Standard Shipping orders, do not have tracking numbers assigned to them. Your order should arrive according to the shipping timelines listed on the Royal Mail website.
- Can I place an order and pick it up from your warehouse?
Sorry, no. All orders must be shipped.
- Can you tell a Royal Mail driver to leave my order on my porch if I’m not home to receive it?
The decision on whether to leave a package outside your home belongs to the Royal Mail driver. Most likely, if you’re not home, the driver will leave the package in a safe location, if one is available. We don’t have any way of instructing the Royal Mail to leave your package by your house if you’re not in, however; the decision is theirs.
- Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally.
Credit cards and payment
- Having trouble with your credit card or payment information?
Your card might be declined for various reasons. Please check to make sure that the name and address entered in the “Billing Information” field are entered exactly as this information appears on the statements you receive from the issuing bank or financial institution. Also, confirm that the credit card number, expiration date and card verification number are correct. If this doesn’t work, please contact your issuing bank or financial institution to verify your information, and make sure there are no holds placed on your account.
- An item I just bought is now on sale, can I get a refund?
If your order was placed within 7 days of the item going on sale, we would be happy to offer you a credit for the price difference. The credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please note: Items must be purchased at the original retail price. We cannot offer refunds on already marked-down items. Orders placed outside the 7-day period are exempt from this policy, no exceptions.
- Do you guys wholesale?
Not usually, but we will consider high-volume customers on a case-by-case basis. Just send our team a message via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be in touch!
